Ten years ago, we began a journey - a journey learning about food, nutrition and water. The more we read (especially about water) and researched the more we realized that "something needed to change" in our eating and (water) drinking habits!
Since then we have had good times and bad times. Often we are faithful to eat right--get off of all processed foods--and then we "fall off the wagon" and eat a box of cookies, burgers, fries, well, you know. . . (always with filtered water, of course--we reason--filtered water makes the cookie-calories not count).
But one thing we have never gone back to--the drinking of unfiltered water. Once you learn what is in tap water, and the health implications, you too will want to make the change to pure, healthy, filtered drinking water and filtered showering water for you and yours!
